Our company emerged from extensive involvement investing in startups and conducting due diligence projects.

Michael Savvides,

(MSc Eng | MBA)

Entrepreneur and investor, bringing an incredibly diverse international corporate and experience. Previously co-founding tech startups and healthcare businesses, with a successful company exit and liquidity event. Holding a Master of Science in Engineering and an MBA. Michael helped build and scale a high complexity laboratory business across 3 states in the USA, taking on a Vice President Role.

COO & Co-Founder

Dr. Joseph F. Nowoslawski (MD)

Dr. Nowoslawski, a highly experienced medical doctor and healthcare executive, holds degrees in Biology and Medicine, founded American Hospital Services Group (AHSG), has extensive involvement in biotech venture capital investing, and maintains various memberships in medical and science organizations while also contributing to philanthropic fundraising projects in Salt Lake City.

A Ph.D. researcher from Texas A&M University specializes in nanotech anti-cancer drugs, holds Clinical Pharmacologist certification, and has affiliations with the university's medical and pharmacy schools. With industry experience at Sanofi and Nektar Therapeutics, they have numerous publications, a U.S. patent, and a successful funding history.

With over two decades in global clinical drug development, Nadia has advanced from a research associate to senior management, spanning pharmaceuticals to biotech startups, including significant contributions at Amgen and recently at BeiGene, focusing on hematology. She is educated in chemistry and biology (BSc, University of Denver) and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
