He has worked in human and veterinary pharmaceuticals at Hoffmann-La Roche, Merial Limited, and in contract research at SNBL USA, Experimur, and Charles River Labs. Supporting numerous companies with IND study design, monitoring, data interpretation, and regulatory filings. He has also helped expand CRO offerings.

Robert is a 20+ year drug development executive skilled in leading from research to clinical trials, optimizing manufacturing processes, and achieving regulatory compliance. His achievements include guiding the development of the company's first biotech asset and streamlining manufacturing for successful FDA approvals.

Dr. Gaylen Zentner is a pharmaceutical expert with over 40 years of experience in Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC), specializing in advanced drug delivery systems, solubilization, and bioavailability enhancement.

He has led multimillion-dollar CMC programs, contributing to numerous successful regulatory submissions and clinical trials across the US/Canada, EU, S. America, and Asia.

With over two decades in global clinical drug development, Nadia has advanced from a research associate to senior management, spanning pharmaceuticals to biotech startups, including significant contributions at Amgen and recently at BeiGene, focusing on hematology. She is educated in chemistry and biology (BSc, University of Denver) and holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Dr. Badashova, is a practicing medical physician with an interest in Pharmacogenomics and AI powered solutions in healthcare. Published in Medical Academia and Medical Business Publications. She completed her bachelors in sciences at UCLA, medical degree at Penn State, and a Masters in Business Administration at GW.
